Meet Hayley

Welcome to The Elevation Room Hypnotherapy and Holistics!

My name is Hayley Norton. I have been a Beauty and Holistic Therapist since 1999 and have run a successful salon for 23 years in the lovely hamlet of Hagnaby Lock. I have previously worked at John and associates Tattershall and Body Talk in Spilsby.

I offer holistic treatments including Reflexology, Indian head massage, Thai foot massage, facials and Aromatherapy

My most recent passion is Hypnotherapy.  For the most effective results I use various techniques alongside  Hypnotherapy including;

NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming)

EFT (Tapping, Emotional Freedom Technique)

Mindfulness 

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reorientation)

(helpful for PTSD)

and Havening (self soothing)

Each session is created and tailored to suit each individual client, offering a client centred approach to gain the best results possible.  I am dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming environment where you can embark on your journey to better health and wellbeing.
